Centrality of Market Insights for Marketplace Success
Below you'll find a recording of an insight-focused session I ran for ISB (Indian School of Business) – Centre for Business Markets (CBM) in early May 2019.
The session was exclusively focused on business insight and how insights ("judgments about the future") can be gleaned, used, tested and recalibrated to create new understanding of the marketplace, competitors, brand strategy, etc. I also provide anonymized case studies of some of the insight-driven projects I've been involved with.
